All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Warranty applies to defects or malfunctions under normal use conditions.
Within 1 Month After Shipment:
Defective items can be returned and will be replaced free of charge.
Return shipping cost will be compensated: up to USD 40 or 50% of the product value (whichever is lower).
Within 3 Months After Shipment:
Defective items can be returned and will be replaced free of charge.
Return shipping cost is not covered.
After 3 Months (Within Warranty Period):
Customers may still return defective items to Vappex.
We will repair the product and restore it to resellable condition.
Both-way shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Depending on the issue, the manufacturer may charge a repair fee. Vappex will contact you for confirmation before proceeding.
Incorrect or Misdescribed Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or one that does not match the product description, Vappex will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us before returning the item. Return it using the most economical method, and Vappex will cover all return shipping costs.
Definition:
An item is considered “not as described” if its specifications significantly differ from those listed on the product page before purchase, or if the main product’s appearance is substantially different.
